Ella Heath - CEO
Right-Brain | Creative | Vision
Ella is a passionate and driven leader with 15+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance and Global Program Management. Strong creative and consultative skills with a knack for guiding executive leaders across the organization to best utilize data to drive strategy. Originally from Italy, Ella has hired and developed high performing data teams of varied size in the United States as well as Europe, Asia and Central America. Ella’s latest Data Governance Strategy has been recognized for excellence at the NC Digital Government Summit in 2024.
Ella’s superpowers are Leadership, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Visualization and Change Management.
David Heath — Principal Consultant
Left-Brain | Analytical | Execution
David is a well-rounded senior consultant with 20+ years of professional experience in the IT and data space. With a background in mechanical engineering, his career path has spanned from technical sales, construction management and finally IT/Data. David is also a decorated U.S. Army Veteran.
In the past 5+ years, David has put all his focus on Data Programs, leading complex data initiatives such as Data Stewardship, MDM, Data Engineering Integrations, Data Migrations and Regulatory Affairs.
David’s superpowers are Technical Program Management, Data Governance, Data Policies and Data Integrity.
